You have the power. We have the plan—with Anytime Fitness workouts!
The Anytime Fitness App, free to all members, allows users to set goals and track progress in and outside the gym. There’s also a workout-packed companion app integrated—called Anytime Workouts—that gives users access to longer term fitness plans and over 1,000 individual workouts. Every day, you can access a new workout designed by us, create a workout on your own, and even save your favorites, share a workout with someone else, and pull them up on your Apple watch while you’re completing them. But that’s a lot to digest!
With so many options, where do you start? First thing first: Download the app. Then, when you log in and access the workouts section, you have three main options to find a workout that’s right for you and your goals. Let’s break it down.
Start By Accessing Anytime Workouts
When you open your Anytime Fitness app, the main navigation is at the bottom. You’ll see Health Feed, your coach’s name if you’re connected to one, Goals, Workouts, and More. Choose “Workouts” and you’re almost in! Your next screen will show any workouts recently saved or sent your way, and your general schedule and log. Choose the arrow in the upper right to access your many workout options.
Choose a Workout by Goal
Once you hit the “workouts” button in the upper-right, you’ll see a number of key categories like strength, weight loss, bodybuilding, sports training, and more. Let’s say you want to improve your golf game for the summer. Select “golf” and then your fitness level. You’ll see six workouts that are specific to improving your game, and some additional training like core strength and power to up your swing speed.
See below for another path option, where I chose “Strength” and then “Full Body” and got a long list of workout results. Find a workout that interests you and then click it to get started! You’ll find instructional info for every movement, so you’ll never question how to get it done.
Choose a Workout by Keyword Search
Maybe you have something more specific in mind. That’s where the keyword search is handy. After hitting the usual “workouts” button in the upper-right, look for the keyword search field at the top. Let’s say you want a rounder booty. Search the word “butt” and our best booty, hips, and thighs workouts will populate. Choose a workout and you’re ready to go build that booty!
Below you’ll see a similar path; this time I searched Kettlebells and found many good options.
Choose a Fitness Plan by Your Level
Choosing specific workouts may work well for you, but sometimes you have a bigger and broader goal. We can help! Fitness plans will take into account your goal, fitness level, and available equipment and then give you options that package many workouts in one and take weeks—or even months—to complete.
Once you’re in the workouts section of our app, select “plans” from the app’s main navigation (access in the upper-left). There you’ll see three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Choose your level, then choose your goal. Let’s say you’re a beginner and your goal is weight loss, and sometimes you want to exercise from home. So, pick beginner, weight loss, no equipment, and then perhaps “Fat loss level 1,” which will lead you through 12 different workouts that you can complete at your leisure.
